Client: MineHub

MineHub is an open-enterprise blockchain platform for transforming the performance of global supply chains. The major goal of this client is to bring efficiency and security to digital trade and supply chain management. 

Problem

MineHub wanted to reduce the risks and errors in supply chain management owing to which companies might lose millions of dollars on each shipment. 

They also wanted to reduce the cost, improve revenue and optimize resources while digitizing the workflow and centralizing all the communications. 

Solution 

We understood their requirements and the project was led by the founder itself. Manjul identified the possible risks in supply chain management and conducted research on how much the supply chain was losing over the years. 

Our team created a system that would provide an end-to-end provenance for shipments that are worth millions of dollars in value. 

To implement this, we created a fast and secured platform enabling the parties to connect securely. We also focused on reducing the time for interaction between the counterparties. 

Throughout the supply chain, the parties can track the shipments, payments, and inventories using a single system. Most importantly, we used high-grade encryption to secure transactions and document transfers so that companies can exchange securely with their counterparts. 

Result

MineHub went public within 1.5 years of the implementation and saw an overwhelming response from the brands like BHP, Capstone Mining, Wheaton, ING, and many others. 

IBM partnered with MineHub to innovate the moving parts in the supply chain and innovate new technologies in the platform. 

Consequently, MineHub has listed on the New York Stock Exchange with a market cap of approximately $55 mn. 

Client: Wiivv Technologies 

Wiivv wearables aim at providing 3D printed orthotics to the market. With their innovative business model, they want to revolutionize the 3D printing industry by providing digital insoles for shoes and sandals. 

Problem

Owing to the innovative 3D printed orthotic, the company had raised $7.5 mn in revenue and already secured thousands of several orders. The company continuously failed to meet the volume of orders because of a gap in execution and an improper system. 

Solution

The first thing we did was to start with a PPT (people, process, and technology) assessment. Along with improving the employees and their processes, we worked in tandem with Wiivv to provide technology that can boost operations and improve efficiency. 

The assessment helped us analyze the bottlenecks in the production. Within a period of just 9-months, we fulfilled the secured orders and released 3 revolutionary products in the 3D printing industry. 

We have also helped Wiivv technologies in building various multi-patented technologies in additive manufacturing and 3d printing domains. 

Results

Using the cutting-edge PPT assessment and our AI solutions, the company delivered over 3k orders on time. Due to the patented technology and innovative designs, the Wiivv technologies also managed to raise multiple rounds of funding and bagged the major Whitelabel multi-million deal with Bayer. 

Client: Friended

Friended is a social networking app that lets users post to the community about how they feel and users can respond privately, and give advice and anecdotes. 

Their goal is to give people a chance to share how they feel in real life without being trolled, unlike other social media platforms.

Problem

The friended team was seeking seed funding of around $700k. They reached out to us for mentorship and consultancy on raising the funding. 

Solution

The first thing was to see if it was the right time for them to raise funding. Were they eligible to bag such high funding and call them a Unicorn?

So, we did a PPT assessment of the startup and analyzed that it was not the right time to raise money for them. We found some hidden opportunities that could increase customer traction and also convince investors to invest in the startup. 

To begin with, we helped them bootstrap the app using our proprietary turn-key solutions and packages. 

Results

The initial bootstrapping helped them grow from 7k active users to around 22k in merely 4 months. We used our network of investors and helped them raise $750k when our team analyzed the right time for them. 

Lately, Friended has also raised over $500k from investors such as Jonah Goodhart, Dr. Lara Otte, Jared Fliesler, and Bobby Goodlatte.
