Hungry Startups
Wiivv was a hungry startup looking to bring customized footwear solutions to the world. They wanted to embrace the customized shoe of the cobbler in the 19th century using the technologies of the 21st century.
Stuck between vision and execution, I helped Wiivv with their Product Engineering and Talent Aquisition to create their 360 software stack to achieve their vision with the following solutions:
- Scan Agnostic
- Computer Vision
- Adaptive Manufacturing
With these three technologies in hand, Wiivv was able to provide customized shoe apparel for their customers using 3-D modeling straight from their smartphone.
The Result:
Wiivv sold their customized shoe technology to the largest insole manufacturer in the world – Dr. Scholl’s.
Enterprise Businesses
Microsoft was having trouble engaging their customers during the pandemic. Their hope was to establish online learning opportunities that would help people improve their skills during lockdown. However, this didn’t move the needle.
As a consultant, I helped to design a new campaign to Optimize their Processes and Technology that would best utilize the efforts of the company to bring intellectuals together.
Through the use of data analysis, I was able to uncover what Microsoft was missing from the equation – connection. More than just learning about new topics, people wanted meaning behind the topics and a true form of connection during lockdown.
The Result:
An online series of “events” that brought together some of the brightest minds, celebrities, and entertainers from around the world into people’s homes via zoom. Microsoft saw a 40% increase in signups.
